Return and Refund Policy

At BisDos, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom nature of our NFC and QR business cards, we offer returns and refunds under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product has a technical fault preventing proper use.

Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return, as each card is custom-printed per user specification.

2. Reporting Issues

  • Damaged cards: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof.
  • Technical errors: Must be reported within 7 days of use.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-printed NFC/QR cards are non-returnable unless they meet the conditions above.

4. Shipping

  • All shipping within Sri Lanka is free.
  • For international orders, shipping charges may vary. Customers outside Sri Lanka should contact us for details.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
